Fermenting

10 carboys ciderI am done canning for the year, but we are still actively fermenting our harvest to preserve it.  Tom has 10 5-gallon carboys of apple cider bubbling away in the dining room.  And I have 4 smaller carboys of wine as well (blackberry, red plum, black plum and elderberry).

pear wineAnd I started my third crock of the year of fermented pickles.
