So I re-introduced Sonja and Sydney back into the herd this morning. Maddie Moo was the first to investigate. To me it seems like she wants a playmate.
But they were not interested.
Then the rest of the herd came over. First Marji checked her out, then Indy.
Then Maddie came again. This got Sydney’s attention.
Then Bug checked her out under Sydney’s watchful eye.
Then Maddie tried again when Sydney was not looking.
One more check by Indy.
Then Sydney had enough and led her away. Herd dynamics are interesting to watch.
In other farm news, I really noticed the difference in sizes of our “chicks” today.
Maddie is seriously cute! I wish I had room for a cow or two. Sigh. Looking forward to seeing the two of them play. 🙂
She is seriously cute. Bug never really played with her, maybe too much of any age difference. So I hope Sonja does.
Miss Maddie Moo is adorable! I’m really anxious to see more of Sonja!!
I love her fuzziness. Her color won’t be as pretty but she will be teddy bear like when she gets a little older, I think.
I rather like Sonja’s coloring. She reminds me of a Weimaraner in coloring. I’ve always thought they were such pretty dogs.
