Smoke and the Sun

Yesterday I was mowing the seed tops from the grass in one of our pastures.  I was admiring the peacefulness of the sheep and llama grazing in the next field.  So I took this photo.

Then the predicted smoke from the wildfires moved in.  The grass changed color.

And the sheep changed colors too.  It was odd to witness.

We’ve been dealing with that dingy yellow cast for forever, it seems.

We’ve had a lot of smoke, too, and it’s increasing. Not good.
