This was my dinner on Sunday night ( with a medieval grilled steak that was less amazing). I used this recipe from Good Stuff NW and found mushrooms on sale. Tom does not like mushrooms so it was a treat for me
And I have plenty of leftovers for lunch yesterday and today as well as two more. So thrilled with it.
BTW I did not use our amazing bacon with it, and it was still perfectly yummy. I did use our chicken stock though.
