This recipe was in our Skagit Valley Herald well over one year ago. I clipped it out and today made a farm meal with it, using our chicken and our peas. Here is the chicken coming out of the broiler and cut into the breast.
And here is my meal.
It was great. The chicken had a little spice to it even though I did not eat any skin. We did not make or have hot sauce with it, but it was still flavorful. Tom says it was pretty good, so that is saying a lot!
